We’re pretty big fans of the farm-to-table food movement. So big, in fact, that we set out to make it better. We’re doing that by uniting the farm and table under one roof. That roof has a greenhouse on top, a pretty incredible hydroponic growing system beneath and a culinary team dreaming up the best recipes to bring it all together. The ingredients are fresher, the flavors are bolder and the connection to the food and the community are more local than ever.

Anything we cannot grow here, we source as locally as possible. We hand select and get to know many of our local vendors to ensure we continue to provide the freshest, most natural food backed with the same business integrity for which we hold ourselves accountable.
